This Strategic Plan is not a fixed plan considering the context referred to which is constantly evolving dynamically, contextually, and the principles contained in the Strategic Plan are maintained. The implementation of the program is at least adapted to the demands of the times and existing conditions, especially for operational matters. In short, this Strategic Plan should be implemented with due regard to developments occurring both in the internal environment of UNG and the changes in the external environment. That is why, responding to developments such as the implementation of Permendikbud Number 754/P/2020 and Kepmendikbud Number 3 of 2021 as well as adjustments to the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, the Strategic Plan of the Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has been revised as a commitment to remain dynamic in following the developments.
